Return and exchanges policy
Because peace of mind starts with great service, we have put in place a simple and transparent return policy.
General Conditions
We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in their complete original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and boxes) within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions: Clearance items, final sale items, custom orders, or products shipped directly from the manufacturer are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Return Procedure
Obtain a return authorization

We will provide you with a return number and shipping instructions.
Carefully pack
the product in its original packaging and use a suitable shipping box.
Insure and track
your package through the carrier of your choice. The customer remains responsible for the return until it is received in good condition at our store.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to the card used at the time of purchase, and to the original buyer.
If the product is used, incomplete, or damaged, Rack Évasion reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct applicable fees.
Restocking fees of 15% to 25% may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
Refused packages or unauthorized returns
Any package refused upon delivery or any unauthorized return may result in additional fees (up to $125) which will be deducted from the refund. Packages returned without an authorization number will be refused and shipped back at your expense.
In-store Returns
Online purchases can also be returned in person at our Québec store.
