Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Rates

At Rack Évasion, we make sure your gear arrives in perfect condition — ready for adventure.

Free standard ground shipping on all orders of $200 or more (before taxes) within Canada.

Flat rate of $25 for orders under $200.

Shipments are handled by Canada Post or other recognized carriers.

Oversized Items

Large products — such as roof boxes, rooftop tents, or certain heavy-duty bike racks — are not eligible for shipping.

They must be picked up in store, where our team will gladly assist you in planning safe transport and offer installation advice.

These big adventure pieces deserve special care!

Rack Evasion cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.

In-Store Pickup

You may select free in-store pickup at checkout.

Subject to availability, your order is typically ready the same day or the next day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s ready for pickup.
