Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Shipping Rates
At Rack Évasion, we make sure your gear arrives in perfect condition and ready for adventure.
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $200 or more (before taxes) across Canada.
- Flat rate of $25 on orders under $200.
- Shipments are handled by Canada Post or other trusted carriers.
Oversized Items
Large products — such as roof boxes, rooftop tents, or certain large bike racks — are not eligible for shipping.
They must be picked up in store, where our team will gladly help you plan safe transport and advise on installation.

- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Rural areas: 3–6 business days

In-Store Pickup
You can choose free in-store pickup at checkout.
Depending on availability, your order is usually ready the same day or the next day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Return Policy
General Conditions
We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in their original, complete packaging (including manuals, accessories, and boxes) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions: Clearance items, final sales, custom orders, or products shipped directly from the manufacturer are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Procedure
1. Get a return authorization
Email us at info@rackevasion.com to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
2. Pack carefully
Return the item in its original packaging, using a suitable shipping box.
3. Insure and track your shipment
Use a trackable carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for the product until it is received in good condition at our facility.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and to the original purchaser only.
If the product is used, incomplete, or damaged, Rack Évasion reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee.
A restocking fee of 15% to 25% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part.
Refused or unauthorized returns
Any parcel refused at delivery or returned without authorization may incur additional fees (up to $125) deducted from the refund.
Parcels returned without a valid return authorization number will be refused and shipped back at your expense.
In-Store Returns
Online purchases may also be returned in person at our Québec store.
